I live in Brownsville. I've spent over ten years in B2B sales. The last few years, I built a reseller network from scratch that grew 4x in three years. Before that, I sold enterprise software and cybersecurity across the US and Europe.

Do I really not pay until I see it?

Correct. I build it, put it online, and text you the link. You pay when you tell me you want it. If you don't, I've lost a day and you've lost nothing.

Is the website mine?

Yes. The domain and everything on it are yours. On Care or Growth I host and maintain it while you're a customer, the same way a shop keeps your truck running.

What if I cancel?

Care and Growth are month to month. Cancel any time and the site, the domain, and the content stay yours. If you took the $150 a month build, the remaining months are still owed, because the build is real work spread across the year instead of charged up front.

I already have enough work. Why bother?

Maybe you don't need this. But most owners I talk to aren't short on calls, they're losing the ones they get. There's always a slower stretch coming, and that's a bad time to start building something.

Do I have to learn anything?

No. That's the whole point. You text me what you want changed and I change it. You never log into anything.

How long does it take?

The first version is usually done before we talk. Any changes you want, five days at the most.
