Symtri AI provides AI-powered automation solutions for businesses, including but not limited to:

• SmartChat – AI chatbot platform for customer engagement
• PhoneBot – Automated phone systems and call handling
• LeadFlow – Lead management and nurturing automation
• ProcessPilot – Workflow automation tools
• ContentCraft – AI-powered content generation

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services may be used by us without any obligation to you.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

6.1 Data Security

6.2 Healthcare Data (HIPAA)

For customers processing protected health information (PHI), additional terms may apply. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required and available upon request for qualifying healthcare customers.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

7.1 SMS Program Description

Symtri AI operates an SMS messaging program to provide customer service follow-up. When you call our business phone number and the call is not completed, we may send a single follow-up text message to assist you.

7.2 Consent

By voluntarily calling our business phone number — (956) 692-1385 — displayed on our website at symtri.ai, you consent to receive a single follow-up text message if your call is not completed. You may also initiate text communication by sending a message to our business number, consenting to receive conversational replies.

7.3 Message Frequency

You will receive at most one (1) automated text message per missed call. If you initiate a text conversation, replies will be sent only in response to your messages. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.

7.4 Costs

Symtri AI does not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

7.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent. To resume messages, text START to our number.

7.6 Help

7.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers collected through SMS interactions for marketing purposes beyond the scope described in this section.

8. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results from using the Services will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYMTRI AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Symtri AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Services

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will survive

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cameron County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
